We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you and can’t wait to share this time with our closest family and friends. Below you’ll find all of the key details to help you plan for the occasion.

Time
The celebration will run through the afternoon and into the evening. Exact timings will be shared closer to the day, but please plan to be available from 12:00pm through to 11:00pm so you don’t miss a moment.

Getting There
To make things simple, we will be providing transport to and from the venue.
There will be one pick-up in Rockhampton and one in Yeppoon before the ceremony.
At the end of the night, buses will return to both locations.
Exact times and pick-up spots will be shared closer to the date.

Note: There is no parking available at the venue.

Out of Towners
If you’re traveling by air, your final destination will be Rockhampton Airport (ROK).

For our overseas guests - you’ll need to fly into Brisbane (BNE) to connect to Rockhampton. We recommend booking your international flights into Brisbane rather than Sydney or Melbourne, as there are no direct flights from those cities to Rockhampton. Even if you arrive in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll still need to connect through Brisbane to get here.

Once you arrive in Rockhampton, you have two options for where to stay:
Rockhampton – Staying in the CBD is the most convenient choice. Quest Apartments is a great option, and our Rockhampton pick-up location will be within the CBD vicinity.
Yeppoon – About 45 minutes from Rockhampton Airport, Yeppoon is our personal recommendation. We suggest hiring a car if you’re staying here, as it gives you more flexibility.

Yeppoon is a charming beachside town with plenty of cafés, scenic coastal drives, and a laid-back holiday feel. It’s also the gateway to Great Keppel Island, accessible via ferry from Roslyn Harbour (just a 10-minute drive from Yeppoon). If you have the time, it’s a perfect spot to unwind before or after the wedding.

Yeppoon is also closer to the wedding venue, so the bus pick-up from Yeppoon will be a little later than the Rockhampton pick-up.

Gifts
Your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you would like to contribute, we’ll have a card box available on the day. Please avoid bringing wrapped or bulky gifts, as we won’t have the means to store or transport them.
